Directly opposite the train station and taxi ranks, The Ivy Dene is the perfect holiday location for those wishing to get the most out of their visit to the exciting resort of Scarborough and surrounding area. We have been welcoming guests to our lovely guest house for many years, with guests returning time and time again to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, warm welcome and exceptional position.

Our rooms are designed with your comfort in mind; all are equipped with beverage facilities, central heating and colour television. There is a lovely, sunny dining room where you will enjoy a full and satisfying breakfast, made from fresh ingredients and with a range of options, including vegetarian and children’s. We encourage families and couples to our hotel as they help to create a wonderful atmosphere, we do hope you will join us. In the interest of your health, we are now a non-smoking guest house. We accept debit cards. There will be a 2 ½ % fee for credit cards.
